Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative and be responsible for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Run all online advertising channels and social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Assist in handling and conceptualizing new on-site ideas to create the best user experience on all digital platforms.
  • Manage online marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Schedule and execute all email marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for planning and working within company's marketing budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing methods and techniquess available.
  • Work with marketing staff, graphics designers to create strong digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of all marketing & promotional material– (Guest & Internal ie. Menus, leaflets, in room etc) and manage the production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed
  • Assist in maintaining an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, local, national and international in order to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions
  • Support in monitoring all hotel social media channel
  • Find and produce creative angles for social media
  • Ensure media and partners lists are accurate, updated and well maintained
  • Create and update all information on Website
  • Support in email marketing related activities
  • Assist in creation and distribution of press releases to targeted media/media agencies
  • Host members of the media, strategic partners and top clients at hotel events
  • Engage with potential clients and form strategic partnerships
  • Socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients
  • Managing coordination of marketing and communications activities to leverage reach/results as directed by Superior
  • Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Support the Marketing Comms Manager in maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel departments are kept informed of marketing/communications objectives and initiatives
  • Assist in administrative system for all matters related to marketing, sponsorship and event organization
  • Produce and submit PR, Marketing and Social Media activity report
  • Monitoring competitor activity on press and online
  • Daily back office activity
  • Able to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, discipline, independant and willing to learn.
  • Outstanding writing, editing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good in writing creative contents for social media.
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or equivalent.
  • Confident and dynamic personality, team player
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic Knowledge in Photo/Video editing, Adobe software
  • Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up
  • Execute a multitude of tasks in a timely basis
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Creative talent
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team
  • Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult situations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, covering evenings, weekends and holiday periods
