Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin and reception support, company asset record and office maintenance
  • Maintain of office utilities
  • Attend and handle incoming & outgoing calls. Re-direct the calls efficiently and take messages when required
  • Sort all incoming mails/faxes and distribute to intended recipients/departments
  • Renew any related operating license
  • Prepare management reports, documentations on office & other company properties tenancy
    agreement
  • Perform daily key in & maintain proper filing system to ensure easy retrieval of records and record integrity
  • Preparing the supplier evaluation
  • Monitoring and follow up with supplier in order to ensure the incoming goods are timely delivered
  • Monitor and updating delivery note, purchase order and debit notes into purchasing system
  • Prepare payment vouchers and invoices
  • Able to do sourcing of building materials
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma Graduated
  • Language: English & BM, Chinese preferred
  • Good communication skills,able to interact with people of all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
