Location: Pulau Pinang​

Salary range (

RM5000 and negotiable based on Experience, Min Exp 3 years)

Job Responsibilities

Apply ADDIE model for new and refreshed training course/program deliverables and job aids

Teach courses applying adult learning techniques

Get and maintain TWI Job Instruction Certification

Write Job Instruction Breakdowns as assigned

Consult with SMEs to design and deliver effective and engaging course content as assigned·

Actively learn and apply basic knowledge of Lam manufacturing required technical skills, compliance requirements, and safety knowledge

Support CORE Lab & Training Kits Present to management and workforce on new processes, reporting, tracking and system updates

Build relationships with key business partners through strong customer service and collaboration to meet their company goals and project outcomes.

Support and perform administrative tasks to support training systems as required

Prepare training reports as requested

Draft and collaborate on training department communication (e.g. class announcements).

Culture Ambassador

Perform as an active team member of the Penang Operations Training Team

Promote and practice company's mission and values

Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.

Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. Works with engineering,

technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features.

Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determine applicability of course material.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field

At least 3 years of experience with project management, instructional design and training development

Expert in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) including adding SCORM e-learning modules, configuring settings, creating learning groups, scheduling Instructor-Led Training and reporting

Expert in developing web-based training modules delivered through an LMS

Experience in all Microsoft Applications including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Skype for Business, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator, e-learning tools such as Camtasia 9, Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond

Experience with website design is a plus
