Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounting data entries using Principal System
  • Prepare invoices and operations related document Process payments to vendors and staff's claims
  • Preparation supporting documents as per Principal requirement
  • Ensure proper filing of all documentations
  • Ensure smooth running of the company daily operations
  • Perform daily office administration task
  • Perform Ad hoc duties specified by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least basic accounting knowledge/ Diploma
  • Computer literate especially in MS Office software especially MS Excel
  • Team player and able to perform multi-tasking in deadlines
  • Work independently with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communications skillsĀ
