Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting data entries using Principal System
- Prepare invoices and operations related document Process payments to vendors and staff's claims
- Preparation supporting documents as per Principal requirement
- Ensure proper filing of all documentations
- Ensure smooth running of the company daily operations
- Perform daily office administration task
- Perform Ad hoc duties specified by the management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least basic accounting knowledge/ Diploma
- Computer literate especially in MS Office software especially MS Excel
- Team player and able to perform multi-tasking in deadlines
- Work independently with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communications skillsĀ
