- Assist and handling the company administration including liaise with compant secretary and auditor.
- To perform simple account duty such as filling of account dcuments, check record, sorting bill, etc.
- Assisting in translation, research and data collection.
- Develop and maintain a filing system, storage and secure documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentation, memos, letters, faxes, forms, proposals, take detailed minutes and correspondence.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Admin/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 6 month - 1 year experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Language Required : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese both written and spoken (due to work nature).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
- Self-motivated; strategic thingking skills and ability to handle multiple task and projets.
- Fresh graduate may apply.
- Ability to start work immediately is a PLUS.
