RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise day-to-day customer service department operations
  • Create, revise, and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • To oversee the development and management of Customer Service Team
  • To ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • To manage customer unhappiness in any channels
  • Effective implementation and monitoring of customer appointment system
  • Implementing, Monitoring, and Improving customer feedback survey
  • To work closely with all departments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Analysis of service statistics and outline preventive plans
  • Respond to customer service issues immediately
  • To manage, implement and execute customer retention initiative
  • Stay informed and updated on the latest industry techniques and methods
  • Able to comprehend and stay updated on the health screening and diagnostic services provided for customers

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Hospitality, Health/Hospital related or fields equivalent
  • Excellent interactive and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Additional Chinese language is an added advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented
  • Enthusiastic and self- motivated with the desire to succeed and strive for the best
  • Possess leadership skills and a team player
  • An analytical and goal-oriented individual
  • Possess working experience in F&B, Hospitality or Hotel Industry will be an added advantage
