Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Identify customers' needs and wants.
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
  • Manage point-of-sales processes.
  • Actively be involved in the receiving of new shipments.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information.
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits.
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures.
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Required Skill(s): communication, marketing, problem-solving, self-motivated, customer-oriented
  • Preferably Male Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
