Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Experince is highly required for this job to ensure a smooth career kick off. Life long remuneration and recession prrof is the benefits one will get.
- Provides services to clients’ changing income protection needs by offering products to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
- Assist clients with their investment strategies by assessing their financial position and making recommendations.
- Establish productive working relationships with clients to build long-lasting businesses
- Compiles lists of prospects & identify new business opportunities
- Determine client’s particular needs and financial situation by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in training and development programs offered by the Company and maintaining personal networks.
- Opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Driven and Goal orientated
- Others required by the job.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree/Master Degree/ Doctorate with minimum 5 years full time sales experience
- Open to all former life insurance agents who has licence and new personnel that would like to venture into this business
- Minimum monthly income of RM6,000 and above from last drawn salary to be entitle for salaried position.
- Age : 45 years old and below, only Malaysians can apply
