This is a 6 months Contract Employment (Subject to Renewal)

Responsibilities: 

Primary

1. Main job function is on Data Entry for Order Processing
2. Filing 
3. Data Entry including :-

  • For Sales - issuing Delivery Order & Invoice 
  • For Procument - issuing Purchase Order

Secondary

4. Facilitate the shipping of products which include :-

  • check data accuracy in orders and invoices

5. To perform monthly stock take for goods store at DSSA warehouse 
6. Other ad-hoc assignment upon request by the superior
7. We place great emphasis on Accuracy.  Work Speed and Efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate well in English and Malay (Verbal & Written)
  • Good team player who is independent and self-motivated
  • Responsible. Focus and willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Working experience in Logistic and warehouse is an advantage
  • Familiar / Hands on SAP is an advantage

Preferences Gender – Open to both Male & Female candidates

Can start work immediately /or with short notice
