

This is a 6 months Contract Employment (Subject to Renewal)
Responsibilities:
Primary
1. Main job function is on Data Entry for Order Processing
2. Filing
3. Data Entry including :-
- For Sales - issuing Delivery Order & Invoice
- For Procument - issuing Purchase Order
Secondary
4. Facilitate the shipping of products which include :-
- check data accuracy in orders and invoices
5. To perform monthly stock take for goods store at DSSA warehouse
6. Other ad-hoc assignment upon request by the superior
7. We place great emphasis on Accuracy. Work Speed and Efficiency
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate well in English and Malay (Verbal & Written)
- Good team player who is independent and self-motivated
- Responsible. Focus and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Working experience in Logistic and warehouse is an advantage
- Familiar / Hands on SAP is an advantage
