Responsibilities

  • To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentations,
  • filling, correspondences, coordinating and follow up on pending matters.
  • Handle administrative works.
  • Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
  • To assist in any other task as when required by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree
  • Good written & spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Experience in using UBS (BSM) / Condo Master / Advelsoft / CSS software is required.
  • Must have 2-3 years of working experience in the property developer.
