POSITION SUMMARY
- Operations Assistant (Sourcing Department)
1. To manage order processing document
2. To manage claim data
3. Sourcing Data Maintenance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Manage PO, SO & Invoice for Sourcing Golf and Sporting Goods business
- Ensure all data matching with customer’s PO or inquiry
- Input product data in SAP - customer code or description
2. MANAGE CLAIM DATA
- Input product data - Item code, price, vendor & invoice no. in all the claims
- Update individual claim data sheet based on respective supplier/ factory
- Prepare credit note for each claim
- To inform finance - process Debit Note for customer
3. SAMPLE SHIPMENT
- Arrange sample or parcel shipment (Courier service or air shipment)
- Apply Spot rate with the shipping company
- Update In & Out tracking document
- Examine each shipping invoice to tally rate application
- Update monthly courier expenses
4. SOURCING DATA MAINTENANCE
- Update Supplier data
- Update Customer data
- Update MSR application data
- Update Product price list data
- Update Glove envelop stock card
5. OTHERS
- Assist Sourcing team on general work, if necessary
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate well in English and Malay (Verbal & Written)
- Good team player who is independent and self-motivated
- Responsible. Focus and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiar / Hands on SAP is an advantage
