  • Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment
  • performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures
  • Copies data and compiles records and reports
  • Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy of timelines 



  • Proven experience in sales
  • Experienced as a Sales Coordinator/Indoor Sales Executive or other administative position will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
