Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing & delivering lessons to range of classes of different ages & abilities.
• Clearly and effectively communicate in a manner that student understand.
• Follow up and ensure on time & accuracy of fee collection
• Manage student progress and achievements.
• Monitoring and reporting student’s progress.
• Organizing the learning venue and resources to encourage positive learning environment.
• Submit relevant report & video as per company request
• Support company in organizing events for its outreach program

Requirements

• Diploma in Childhood Education / Training or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years working in educational teaching or training.
• Fluent verbal and written communication using English and Mandarin
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel to support various sites within assigned areas.
• Passion for knowledge sharing, teaching & motivating students
• Computer literate
• Must be willing to work in Taman Perling & Johor Bahru areas.
