Requirements: 

• Responsible for purchasing functions to maintain good report as well as to closely follow-up with Suppliers and internal staff on material enquiries, deliveries, inventory control, forecasting and stock planning and etc
• Follow up with vendors on materials delivery time as materials planning requirement.
• Monitor all purchasing activities.
• Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
• Ability to communicate & negotiate with Suppliers.
• Liaison with Productions Dept and ensure timely receiving of goods.
• Organizing the incoming and outcoming documents throughout procurement process.
• Able to use the UBS inventory system and assist Procurement as per requested.
• Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin could be advantage.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
