Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• To carry out daily job duties such as performing telemarketing calls, securing appointment, pitching sales presentation as well as following up clients and data entry of daily activities updates
• To be part of a dynamic team and increase the organization's market share by penetrating new markets which may contribute to revenue, sustainbility and profitbility objective  
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Responsible for providing technical support during and after the selling process.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• To submit periodic weekly/monthly sales reports and to project forecasted sales as per specifies timeline
• To collabrate with Interdepartmental and discuss closely with all level of people to ensure the expectation and objectives are met.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• To contribute to team efforts and assisting any ad-hoc tasks given as and when required.

Other Relevant Information

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, madterr Degree, any field.
• Able to communicate proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin dialect would be an additional advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skiils and is confident in presentation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with experience would be advantage.
