- Able to handle for customer's inquiries, requests and/or complaints via phone, e-mail, etc.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure that customers' requests or concerns are promptly and properly addressed.
- Constantly feedbacks and reports to Sales Manager pertaining to sales orders, collections and pricings.
- Process customers order and/ or samples requested.
- Handling customer related inquiries.
- Deliver high quality of service and provide data accurately.
- Able to work directly with management team to clearly define the scope of work, objectives, goals and timelines.
- To comply and participate in ISO 9001.
- Handle ISO internal auditing and documentation.
- Any other ad-hock assignments from time to time.
