  • Able to handle for customer's inquiries, requests and/or complaints via phone, e-mail, etc.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure that customers' requests or concerns are promptly and properly addressed.
  • Constantly feedbacks and reports to Sales Manager pertaining to sales orders, collections and pricings.
  • Process customers order and/ or samples requested.
  • Handling customer related inquiries.
  • Deliver high quality of service and provide data accurately.
  • Able to work directly with management team to clearly define the scope of work, objectives, goals and timelines.
  • To comply and participate in ISO 9001.
  • Handle ISO internal auditing and documentation.
  • Any other ad-hock assignments from time to time.
