Responsibilities: 

  • To assists in Routine Office Admin Work Including Documentation, Filling, Correspondence, Co-ordinate, etc;
  • Ability to handle urgent issues, meet deadlines, and work as a team player.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned
  • Knowledge in handling foreign worker's documentation. 
  • Knowledge in costing. 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
  • Good interpersonal skill, independent and self-motivated
