Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to discuss their enquiry, prepare quotation as per requirment and needs
• Develops and implements strategies for services and maintaining customer.
• Establish cost parameter, monitor procurement budget and expenditure
• Prepare procuring and maintain records of purchases, pricing and suppliers
• Perform and managing supplier claim and payment
• Work with team members and other department to complete work
• Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
• Identifies and researches potential new customers and suppliers
  Provide daily and monthly report of sales success and actual costing

Requirement

• Posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, in any field
• Have Interior Construction working experience. At least 2 years working experience in related field is required
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate, analyze problems and strategies for better solution
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Work independantly, develop sales planning and strategies
• Goal-oriented, meet sales goals and customer needs
