Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to discuss their enquiry, prepare quotation as per requirment and needs
- Develops and implements strategies for services and maintaining customer.
- Establish cost parameter, monitor procurement budget and expenditure
- Prepare procuring and maintain records of purchases, pricing and suppliers
- Perform and managing supplier claim and payment
- Work with team members and other department to complete work
- Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
- Identifies and researches potential new customers and suppliers
Provide daily and monthly report of sales success and actual costing
Requirement
- Posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, in any field
- Have Interior Construction working experience. At least 2 years working experience in related field is required
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, analyze problems and strategies for better solution
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Work independantly, develop sales planning and strategies
- Goal-oriented, meet sales goals and customer needs
