Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end technology, solution architecture, delivery quality and technical risk of project/product delivery
• Responsible to deliver implementation with DevOps and Automation tools
• Be responsible for overall planning, execution and success of projects/products
• Assess new technologies and partners, provide feedback and recommendations for development and partnership opportunities
• Drive adoption of Agile DevOps framework like CI/CD, Test Driven Development, etc. to improve quality and reliability of team’s deliverable
• Define and enhance implementation methodologies and practices with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement
• Providing support to Product Specialist and Sales during customer engagement as the product expert.
• Resolving business operational issues and keeping aligned within the direction of business goal.
• Lead Developer and DevOps teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering , Electrical Engineering or IT related
• Minimum of 5 - 7 yrs of management experience leading a R&D team and driving improvements in key operations performance indicators
• Experience in software system architecture design,development and delivery
• Experience in cloud service,such as AWS, Alibaba and Azure
• Experience in application security, cryptography, network security and systems security.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Puppet, Jekins and shell scripting
• Experience in the Agile methodology, Scrum and DevOps methods for software development.
• Experience in managing complex products/solutions and capability development projects
• Hands-on experience with common programming languages, including PHP, NodeJS,Go, or Java.
• Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
• Good organisational skills, and ability to manage a complex environment with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and experience in dealing with all levels of an organisation & management
• Experience in Bank / Financial Institution Systems would be favorable
• Flexible, independent and self-motivated
