As an Application support, you will be given the responsibility to manage users complaints on existing application system performance. Apart of that, you will need to troubleshoot when there is a detection in application software bugs on the application system. Lastly, your role requires you to be able to recommend solutions to mitigate or resolve software bugs and system enhancement of the application system, and partake in training the users on the application software.
- Communicate with the development section on operation problem
- Data copying from production to testing environment
- Granting of users’ access (user access form)
- Running routine jobs. Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly
- Generate ad-hoc reports for users
- Data patching via data update form
- User consultation
- System testing and troubleshooting
- Entertain on users complains/consultations on existing application system
- Provide training/briefing to users
- Ensuring completeness of automation process
- Develop minor application or system enhancement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required Skill (s) : Strong knowledge of systems and networking software; experience with ASP.net and MySQL is an advantage.
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
