Job Duties/ Description:

Human Resources :

  • Handle full spectrum of HR management including but not limited to hiring, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, orientation. leave management, insurance, grievances and disciplinary, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and performance management
  • Keep abreast of all labour-related regulations and ensure compliance with such policies to minimize any legal risks and regulatory compliance issues
  • Review & update Employee Handbook
  • Develop, maintain, and implement all HR related policies and procedures and provide guidance for good understanding and interpretation of these guidelines by all employees
  • Handle employees' medical and group hospitalisation insurance and co-ordinate with company's insurance broker on issues relating to insurance premiums, renewals, and claims
  • Any other adhoc task assigned

Office Administration :

  • Handle office management, general administration and procurement of office supplies and services
  • Handle workplace health and safety matters
  • Ensure the upkeep of good office conditions
  • Well verse with ISO 9001:2015
  • Knowledgeable with MOF and SSM
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Handle office space management which includes designing the layout, anticipating and planning for additional office space needs, and managing office movements
  • Liaise with the building property manager regarding tenant-landlord issues.
  • Handle corporate insurance and co-ordinate with company's insurance broker on issues relating to insurance premiums, renewals, and claims
  • Handle fixed asset count and tagging
  • Ad-hoc general admin duties

Skills & Competencies:

  • Degree in human resources / business management
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in the same role
  • Good understanding of the employment legislations and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Able to start immediately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working directly with senior management
  • Organized, open-minded, hands-on, independent, reliable, proactive, meticulous and self-motivated
  • Able to question the status quo and seek for continuous improvement
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
