Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
  • Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Assist with paper works - Tender/ PO / Invoice
  • Assist management team with ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written¬†
  • customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills.
