Responsibilities:

  • Answer & reply phone call, message and email.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain Contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Prepare and printing purchase invoice, aging reports, sales report
  • Prepare and send monthly customer statement to customer
  • Prepare the meeting report
  • Order office stationery and supplier
  • Maintain internal databases (ex: update daily sales via WhatsApp)
  • Handle queries from managers and employees

Requirements:

  • Seeking candidates who are looking for long term, stable and permanent position.
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • At least 1 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office and SQL system
  • High school, diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
