Responsibilities:

  • MONITOR & UPDATE STAFF LEAVES, ATTENDANCE, MEDICAL CLAIMS, OT FOR MONTHLY PAYROLL
  • PREPARE MONTHLY SALARY REPORTS
  • PREPARE FOR NEW EMPLOYESS RECRUITMENT, OFFER LETTER AND CONFIRMATION
  • NEED TO ASSIST & BACKUP ADMIN TASK.


REQUIREMENTS :

  • WORKING EXPERIENCE AS HR EXECUTIVE
  • GOOD PERSONALITY & COMMUNICATIONS SKILL
  • DEMONSTRABLE LEADERSHIP ABILITIS
  • POSITIVE WORKING ATTITUDE AND RESPONSIBLE
  • RELATED FIELD EXPERIENCE AND DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION & ACCOUNT WILL BE PLUS
