- Handle daily administrative tasks of the company.
- Handle banking transactions.
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filling system for both paper and electronic records.
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faces and forms.
- Familiar with company secretarial works.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar or related position.
- Basic bookkeeping and math skills.
- Proficiency in English.
