

Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Roles and responsibility
-AutoCount system Advantage
-Handling Delivery Order for any delivery to our customer (based on customer PO)
-Handling Purchase Order to order any items from suppliers
-Handling Invoice for any purchase from customers
-Providing schedule for delivery
-Follow up with customer and supplier for any purchasing
-Calculate any outstanding balance of items ordered
-Finding and searching a the best suppliers (within and outside Malaysia)
-Handling customer, if any problem occurred
-Arranging a transport or courier to delivery any items to customer
-Providing Purchase Order for items needed for production and office used
-Filing and key in any operation, purchasing and maintenance file and data
