Responsibilities 

  • To attend sales office documentation, purchasers, undertake enquires, sales calls & presentation.
  • Liaison with property agents, lawyers, banks and purchaser and familiar with HDA Act.
  • Assist to prepare sales and marketing promotional materials.
  • To attend to sales & purchase agreement, loan documentation, progress billing, credit control and all matters pertaining to sales admin function.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree either in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent an added advantage.
  • Required skill(s): Ms Excel, Ms Word and familiar with Property Development System (would be added advantage).
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, (Mandarin would be added advantage)
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Ability to travel and posses own transport would be added advantages.
  • Fresh graduate / with/without experiences are welcome to apply
