Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent. Major in Business Information will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking.
  • Advanced computer proficiency level in Microsoft Excel & data entry.
  • A team player and initiative.
  • Mandatory language in written and spoken - English. Additional advantage if able to write and communicate in Mandarin.

Responsibilities :

  • Process new customer account setups, orders, forms, applications and requests. Ensure data accuracy is maintain in system.
  • Perform material planning. 
  • Inventory Management.
  • Provide delivery information and ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
  • Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Planner and Logistics to ensure clear information to support customers enquiries pertaining to stocks and delivery support. 
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure prompt payments from customers. Monitor and handle payment in advance customers.
  • Maintain data on Sales pricings and other data deemed necessary for order purposes.
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Render administrative support to other customer care team members when the need arises, or as instructed.
