- Contact and coordinate with sales.
- Contact / message transfer to sales, if any order or related info received.
- Coordination between own company, sales and customer.
- Fully support and cooperation with sales member.
- Good communicate and coordinate with planner
- Pay attention / follow up closely in which order still not in schedule planned.
- Follow up customer order schedule and update status.
- Update new customer database / profile.
- Classification by customer characteristic.
- Work closely & cooperate with superior, sales and customer, work properly delivery arrangement.
- On time update the report for related quality and capacity.
- Coordination and collaboration is basic requirement for daily job role.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
- Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma
- Required Language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
