Required knowledge on FMCG field and good working relationship with internal colleagues and external customers to success company goals.
- To run sales reports & to discuss with SR on daily sales tracking to ensure target are met
- To liaise with branch/ Tiong Nam on warehouse stock availability for promotion/ samplings/ roadshow products
- To updates on roadshow status, to superior & to liaise with Trade Marketing on premiums delivery
- To check on GE compliance & to feedback on GE unfulfillment asap
- To communicate with SR on latest Trade Bulletin/campaign & trade offer
- To ensure roadshows/samplings being implemented without any OOS and promoters are in place at all time
- Compile & provide roadshow sales to superior
- To check on disputes status and plan together with SR to reduce disputes
- Participating in roadshows/trade visits
- Regularly travelling to regional branches
- Evaluation of KPI for merchandisers
- To evaluate on samplings effectiveness
- To submit block display photos of QTAP
- To submit on chilled sampling outlets by 23th of every month
- To request sampling tools/ untensils/ booth from Trade Marketing
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Studies or any related discipline.
- Candidates at least 2-3 years of related experience in FMCG field.
- Languages required: Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu and other Mandarin Dialect will be added as additional point.
