Responsibilities:Perform the requirements gathering with customer.
Perform analysis on customer requirements.
Design and document the functional details.
Perform configuration of the system based on input of functional details and business requirements.
Carry out the testing including the mobile application, web application and administration portal testings.
Supporting the customer during the testing.
Conduct the training to the customer.
Perform the system functional maintenance support.
At least 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position.
Working Experience in Retail Industry would be an added advantage.
Good command of English, ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
Good interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
Must be analytical and a problem-solver.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
