Job responsibilities include:

  • Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary;
  • Liaising and attending to clients;
  • Prepare accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation;
  • Liaise with auditors in preparation of clients' financial accounts;
  • Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines;
  • Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
  • Assist with GST preparation;
  • Attending to finance function for clients;
  • Handling courier, postage and banking duties;
  • Procument of office supplies;
  • Digitization of documents and correspondences;
  • In charge of office maintenance;
  • Maintain and update client database¬†

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy;
  • Required language(s): English
  • Fresh grads are welcomed;
  • Able to work independently and as a team;
  • Able to meet deadlines;
  • Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; and
  • Have strong work ethics
