JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling general admin duties, inckuding issuing purchase orders, filing, & documentation control, etc.
  • Handling recruitment advertisement, printing resumes, and arranging for interviews, for overseas and local positions
  • Maintaining and updating of selected candidates' records, and typing of employment contract, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience required
  • Able to multi task and work independently
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management
  • Able to prioritise the various work scope
