Job Description:

  • Promote quality achievement and continuous performance improvement throughout the organization.
  • Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to ensure the compliance of the Company’s 
  • Quality Management System (QMS) with the Group’s quality system requirements and conformance with other international QA standards.
  • Effectively interact with Product Research & Development, Technical and Production Department’s teams and contribute to the industrialization and product validation process.
  • Ensure product compliance with the relevant international standards and legislation as well as specific customer requirements.
  • Issue the required relevant Product Certificates of Conformity.
  • Provide management with MQR (Monthly Quality Report)
  • Coordinate staff of different disciplines and drive the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
  • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the Company’s QA/QC systems and ensure that targets are achieved.
  • Ensure that required tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are validated.
  • Review and advise management on the impact of the company’s operations with respect to governing environmental and health and safety standards.
  • Manage internal NC’s, establish necessary corrective actions by applying PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) model for the control and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Set up and continuously maintain flow charts, control plans, P-FMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) based on above.
  • Monitor performance data by applying SPC (Statistical Process Control) techniques and tools against defined parameters.
  • Analyze qualitative data and formulate improvement plans.
  • Apply APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) methodology.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Technical Department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers (performance evaluation, qualification, implementation and corrective actions)
  • Contribute to the improvement and upgrading of internal procedures based on implemented corrective actions.
  • Motivate employees to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
  • Define quality management procedures and train the Plant’s “First Level” employees regarding the use of tools and techniques to address problem solving by applying RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action methodology.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of Product Quality Inspectors and QC Technicians/Engineers.
  • Evaluate and manage the competence levels of the different departments.
  • Identify relevant quality-related training needs and ensure required training is carried out.
  • Quality Metric Management.
  • Quality Corner Management.
  • Plan and carry out Process and Quality System audits to ensure compliance with the Group’s TQM.
  • Evaluate customer’s feedback and claims by applying the 8D methodology (root cause analysis and corrective actions and statistical analysis).
  • Implement cost control programs
  • Develop standard policies and all procedures for all Quality Related aspects
