Responsibilities:

  • Billing Management Officer is responsible for processing supplier data (through automatic or manual processes) using the Operational Support Systems to deliver the specific billing content that forms the basis of the customer deliverables.
  • Timely delivery of Billing Data, configured as per customer contract, delivery of Accurate and Complete Billing Data, as per customer contract.
  • Compliance with process requirements and to meet and/or exceed SLA with good customer experience.
  • Managing the processing of large volume of data and customer billing data whilst maintaining clear understanding of individual customer requirements & expectations.
  • To support investigation of 2nd level billing queries and disputes as required to manage client relationships to a level that is mutually beneficial to all parties.
  • Understand the End to End Process and make recommendations for the development and enhancement of business systems and policies that will improve the capability to produce & maintain accurate configuration of billing data.
  • Proactively pursuing a competitive edge in outsourcing & integrated solutions by identifying innovative solutions and opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Continuous development of skills and attributes and the effective sharing of knowledge within the Bill Production Team, Billing Management Practice and other Delivery Operations practices.
  • To investigate problems and errors in billing and work closely with relevant parties to put right the problem and eliminate the errors
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good financial acumen and global customer interfacing
  • Computer literate
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong team-player with ability to build rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels.
  • Analytical and have any eye for details.
  • Keen to learn and has a scene of urgency.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly and work within a changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft software such as Excel and Access
  • Requires understanding of telecommunications industry including terminology
  • Experience in handing voluminous accounts would be an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt and Working hours: Mon to Thurs: 6:30am to 4:00pm; Fri: 6:30am to 3:30pm
  • Allowance is provided for odd-working hours
