Job Description:

  • Possesses high confidentiality and high working integrity.
  • To provide administrative and HR support to the Administrative Department in their daily duties.
  • Identify HR and administrative needs and develop appropriate solutions & recommendations.
  • Responsible for the overall efficiency of the Admin and HR support of the office.
  • Responsible for streamlining, formulating and controlling the human resources policies, procedures, manuals and handle all employee related matters.
  • Handles or organize staff welfare eg. sports club activities / functions, company gatherings, etc.
  • To perform any other duties as and when assigned
