Job Description:

  • To attend customer and sales teams phone calls related to product and order enquiries.
  • Provide internal sales support to sales team.
  • Assist sales team and supervise in daily sales activities.
  • To assist sales team in arranging, preparing and monitoring Quotation, Sales invoices, Cash bill, & etc
  • Ensure timely follow-up to ensure goods delivered to customers on time and in proper manner.
  • Ensure all customer complaints to handle promptly.
  • Attend to customer queries and maintain high level of customer service.
  • To maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Liase with warehouse team to check the progress of sales order delivery.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirement are well coordinated.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.



  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. With 2 years related working experience is an advantage.
  • Independent, self-motivated & aggressive
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skill and customer Oriented
  • Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Knowledge with Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
