We are seeking a good skill assistant to keep and organization account in purchasing and sales administrative.
The role purchasing and sales must understand and supports as well as the market. This post is responsible for the purchasing, sales and admin process. This is to ensures the supply of goods, production material must be procured at the right time, in the right quantity and of the right quantity.
Job & Duties description:
- Handling customers and supplies enquiry and sourcing with information items.
- Able to quote Quotation, Purchase order, Sales order & Enquiries Price negotiations.
- Comparison of delivery terms. Establishing order quantities.
- Implementing in ordering and stock Managing budgets and payments Time efficiently delivery.
- Handle, Checking and goods receiving
- Keep track of inventory
- Keep track on costing of each project
- Key in account of payables and receivable accounting software
- Keep proper filing and admin works
- At least one (1) year working experience in the related field
- Good communication skills in English, Malay and advantage in Mandarin
- Provide own transport
- Able to start immediately is and added advantage
