Job Requirements

• Be money-oriented and desire to sell
• Excellent writing, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, react quickly, meet tight deadlines and independently but also as part of a team
• Self-motivation and adaptability
• Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
• Have a proven track record of selling advertisement and sponsorship, ideally in a radio environment
• Looking for applicants with legal right to work in Malaysia

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics
• Achieve sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales executives as they generate leads and close new deals
• Hiring of new sales executives and provide training
• Conduct strategy sessions with management and sales team
