Principle Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assists to implement daily & monthly HSE checking, inspection activities
2. Coordinate with subcontractor, workers, management level, third party and OWNER about HSE issues
3. Ensure the safety prevention in the construction site will be carried out according to the drawing of consultants and ensure the quality and safety are achieved.
4. Liaise with relevant government authorities (DOSH, Kesihatan, CIDB, MPSP/MBPP, etc) and resolve the safety issue arise from the site.
5. To prepare Safety Report & correcting any unsafe practice
6. Checking sub-constructors' work to ensure compliance with the Act and the regulations made thereunder
7. Conduct an internal safety audit and conducted toolbox meeting
8. Inspect the worksite machinery and equipment which are being utilized at the site in order to ensure compliance with the project site safety requirements.
9. Identify any safety issues during project execution
10. Any other duties/special projects as assigned by the superior

Others

1. work 6 days per week and at the project site- Kuching, Sarawak

Education and Experience 

1. Attended 3S (Safety Site Supervisor) Course and must be DOSH Yellow Book holder
2. Diploma in any discipline.
3. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in construction Industry
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
6. Analytical and mathematical mind to analyze data and create necessary reports.
