

-Act as Management Representative for the company and responsible for effective, successful implementation.
-Responsible for, thro Document Control, control and issuance of quality-related documentation.
-Responsible for smooth functioning effective management, audit and review of the entire QA organization.
-Involves in conducting in-house quality-related course.
-Involves in the preparation and issuance/approval of QA and Inspection procedures and documentation.
-Monitoring quality performance at In-process, Receiving and Outgoing, and recommending preventive action, where necessary.
-Monitoring the effectiveness of QA and Inspection personnel.
-Monitoring Customers' complaints and feedback for resolution, improvement and non-recurrence.
-Empowered to initiate purge order and stop-ship-order due to major quality issue per customer’s feedback and ensure internal investigation to be conducted.
-Empowered to disqualify supplier who does not show any improvement and in the event of repeat recurrence of similar rejects.
