JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Mandarin Speaker (Male candidate)
• Willing to work in 10 Boulevard, Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya
• Possess own transport

WORK DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Supervise all renovation works on project site, ensuring work completed and run smoothly
2. Monitor and review subcontractor work progress at project site
3. Ensure that all works carried out in accordance in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures
4. Ensure works quality is achieved and safety regulations are complied
5. Attend project meeting and liaise with clients, and subcontractors.

• Good knowledge of product usage & details, eye for finishing and quality control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Able to manage whole renovation project
• Able to liaise with contractor & foreign workers
• Able to reply client message on weekend & overtime according to client's schedule
• Flexible to work to meet business needs
