Job Description

1.      Plan and implement the overall recruitment process (from sourcing, screening, interviewing to hiring) include for foreign worker matter.

2.      Handle matters concerning staff’s disciplinary, misconduct and investigation and conducting domestic inquiry when necessary.

3.      Manage Staff welfare and annual appraisal & evaluation.

4.      Ensuring employee welfare and benefit are administered in accordance with the term and condition of employment contract.

5.      Provide updated reports to the Top Management on timely basic e.g. MC, AL. EL, leave summary, organizational charts, etc.

6.      Maintain proper filing system to ensure information is up to date for easy reference retrieval.

7.      To formulate and develop HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with Company vision, mission & objectives 

8.      Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by Management/HOD from time to time.
