The HR Manager for Karex Group will be responsible for identifying and coordinating HR services and appropriate and effective strategies related to staffing, compensation, performance management, rewards and recognition, benefits, employee relations, policy administration, immigration, employee communications, HRMS and HR metrics.

  • Standardize HR forms and processes.
  • Corporate Annual Training Plan and Staffing Plan.
  • Maintain and update employee handbook and schedule of benefits
  • HR metrics coordination and submission
  • Recruitment – key positions
  • Administer Group Insurance Policies (GHS, GPA, GTL, General Insurance)
  • Salary and benefits survey
  • Coordinate and organize corporate events
  • Annual Salary and bonus planning
  • Staff announcement on new hires or promotions (managers and above)
  • Quarterly HR newsletter on staff appointments, changes in policies, procedures, etc
  • HRMS and centralized payroll
  • HR E-services
  • Lead all foreign workers related matters included social compliance related issues.
  • Actively monitor development of the virus outbreak, setup SOP and ensure measures and the preventive procedures have been set in place.
