- Sales Executive to promote leasing of dormitories’ unit/space by implementing sales plans.
- Assist Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory
Attend to enquiries from prospective customers - Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces
- Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement
- Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spell out in the ‘Letter of Offer’
- Liaise with customers for the signing of ‘Tenancy Agreement’ and payment of the stamp duties
- Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors
- Representing of company to liaise with potential customer
- Prepare quote to potential customer
- Prepare ‘Letter of Offer’ and ‘Tenancy Agreement’
