· Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers and within company organization on project operations.
· Assist Project Manager in sales and sales related activities.
· Perform administrative tasks including preparation of project proposals and quotations.
· Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
· Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
· Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
· Computer literate.
· Good time management.
· Able to work independently with good communication and inter personal skills.
· Sales experience would be an added advantage.
· Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
