Provide end to end ERP and Application support regional helpdesk support to MM Facilities

Job Description

• Provide helpdesk support to all level end users in MM facilities.
• Oversee IT roadmap progress and development
• Perform ERP Report Development (Transaction and Analysis Reports).
• Perform ERP Application, functional support and administration
• Business systems’ monitoring and performing tuning proactively to increase or improve business applications capability
• To ensure that all support and implementations are in accordance with corporate requirements.
• Project Management for ERP improvement project
• Upkeep ERP documentation

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with an ERP system \ Application development
• Reporting tools experience such as SSRS\PowerBI\Cognos.
• Candidates with INFORLN\D365\AX ERP and SQL Database will be an added advantage.
• Programming background such as .NET will be an added advantage
• Candidate must be able to work independently, good team player and positive working attitude
