To ensure that the employees’ monthly salaries are paid and that all contributions to statutory bodies are made.
Ensuring all payroll transactions is processed efficiently and to be absolutely responsible for all matters related to salary.
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
To plan the annual budget for salaries and other related matters.
To monitor employee movement/headcount, employee punctuality and absenteeism.
To verify employees’ monthly overtime claims.
Recruitment of Foreign Worker: Dealing with KDN Approval, Foreign Recruitment, Work Permit Renewal and Cancellation, General Insurance and Passport Renewal
To assist in the recruitment and selection process, such as job posting, screening of resumes, shortlisting, arranging for interviews, and preparing the relevant documentations.
To perform the administration of personnel transactions covering employees transfer, promotions, employment change status and etc.
To monitor and maintain the employee leave and attendance records, probationary period and performance appraisal for confirmation of probationary period and annual performance appraisal exercise.
To advise and update the Head, Group Human Resource, on all issues on a daily basis.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan.
Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
