The Head of Human Resources will be responsible to lead and drive an effective HR Strategic level and HR Operations function that delivers effective and consistent HR services to all the stakeholders.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide an overall HR leadership to the Company and managing the delivery of HR services covering recruitment & selection, learning & development, payroll services, compensation & benefits, industrial relation, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, HR budget, HR administrative function and other assigned tasks
  • To be a HR strategic partner to the Company while designing and implementing HR strategy and roadmap for the Company
  • Develop, enhance, review, and manage HR Employee Handbook, SOPs, policies, processes, and procedures
  • Key personnel in developing the HR team, advising on HR improvement areas, and grooming the junior HR team members
  • Collaborates with business unit heads to identify staffing matters and recommending the best practices for hiring management
  • Monitor, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll activities
  • Plan, implement, drive, and promote employee benefits program such as Group Insurance, Wellness & welfare program, etc
  • Ensuring an effective and fair grievance procedure is maintained in line with the current employment law & legislation
  • Sound knowledge in HR practices, Employment Law, and labour related legal & statutory requirements
  • Drive and execute to transform, promote, and strengthen Company culture, ensuring that the Company values and approach are displayed
  • Provide insights on current HR trends & market, and HR reports to the Senior Management team
  • Provide consultation to Senior Management team and employees in relation to topics that covering HR spectrum
  • Contribute to process improvements for contemporary HR services delivery
  • To undertake any tasks, as and when assigned by the Management



  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 15 years of solid HR generalist experience with at least of 10 years in management capacity
  • Proven working experience as an effective strategic HR business partner to Senior Management team and other stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to be hands-on when required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge in of Human Resources Management and employment-related laws & regulations
  • A strong team player and able to work with all levels of people
  • Experience in setting up the department and growing a team will be a plus
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
