Responsibilities 

To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team. General tasks include supervising employees, communicating with and helping customers and carrying out directives given by the manager and the store owner. 

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in the daily business operations
  • Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues
  • Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills
  • Assist to drive Centre Performance. Come up with strategy to achieve sales target
  • Assisting and coordinating for store items marketing campaigns.
  • Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc)
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted within the deadline.
  • Provide professional services to customers
  • Ensure clean display areas, maintain retail store and brand image according to the guideline.
  • Any other tasks that being assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Requirement:-

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • The preferred language is Malay/English (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic personality to attend to customer needs.
  • Responsible, Committed and with high Integrity.
  • Proficiency in Computer and Social Medias
  • Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
